I am trying to get I140 approval notice using FOIA G639 form. While filing this I have all the info but one section asks which document I am requesting and other info like location of that document.

How to know that. My I140 receipt and I1485 receipts start with SRC. Does this mean that I140 approval notice is also at Texas Service Center. With all the bi-specializaiton mess I forgot how things are now (where is I140 processed). If anyone have more thoughts please let me know.

Subject: Guidance about GC Vs. Canada
Hello,
I have my EB3 filed with PD=Apr-2006. I dont see anything happening for next 6-8 years, and hence, I am also applying for Canada's PR. Probably, 2 yrs from now, I would move into Canada on PR and stay there for 3 yrs for citizenship.

With this in mind, should I go ahead for CP or I-485?

Hi ,

There is a job opening at client place and job opening title is "JAVA DEVELOPER/SR JAVA ENGINEER" and the responsibilities includes coding Java. I do not have approved Labor certification with me but my Labor application (Signed copy by me) say Job Title as "Programmer/Analyst" and responsibilities includes
"Analyze, design and develop applications using C++, Java, J2EE and Oracle."

Could you please let me know if I can work on EAD for the above job position at the
client place using AC21? I prefer not to talk with client if the labor and client job
requirements does not match.

I have a copy of Nolo Fiance and marriage Visas and in the section on I130 it says that my copies of G-325A must be filed in four copies printed on differently colored paper (white, green, pink and blue).

A) Is this really necessary?
B) If yes, I have actually bought paper in these colors. Does it have to a particular pink, blue, green etc?
C) The pages in the PDF are actually named
1) Ident.
2) Rec. Br
3) C.
4) Consulate

Which color matches which index? E.g. is the Ident one supposed to be white, blue, pink or green?

I have appeared for interviews in toronto. They have not looked at my pay stubs in detail. The most they would go is to check if you are still employed with the same firm. Again, this said each case is different. Stuff like Employer reputation, qualification etc., surely helps.

I did send my wife's and my daughter's RFE in one package. But have separate cover lettter and folder. One packet is enough, clearly distiguish between two set of papers.

My wife and I got RFE on medical. Now I am sending response to RFE. Do I need to send the RFE response individually by FEDEX or Can I send both of us responses in one FEDEX package? Please advise. Thanks.

No. You must already have 485 pending, or you should be applying 765 along with your 485 concurrently. However to apply for 485, your PD must be current.


I got my labor and 140 cleared few months back under EB3, Can I apply for 765 to get my EAD ?

I have not applied for 485.

Please let me know.

My company applied for my 140 (Substitute) in Premium processing (before it was stopped) and I recieved an RFE for ability to pay. Company took sometime & responded with Tax returns.

Online status says, response to RFE recieved and the processing resumed. Since mine is a PP, I epxected the result in 15 days...but its more than a month...

So I contacted my employer & he says USCIS asked for "Audited Financial statement". But online status did not change. (Still says, we recieved your response & case processing is resumed).

Is it possible that USCIS just asks for more information in reponse to RFE but still does not update the status?? What I don't understand is - normally USCIS Deny the app if they are not OK with my employer's initial response is n't it? how are they coming back & asking for more & more information??

I am confused!! Please throw light if you know more details...

Hello everyone,
I had filed for my I485 on 19th July at Nebraska. My 90 days are getting over on 19th Oct. Still I have not received any receipts for I-485,EAD,I-131.
My lawyer is going to call USCIS to inquire about my case.
Does any one had experience calling USCIS after 90 days were over and the USCIS tracked your application and you got your receipts.
Would be great if any one can share there experiences.

Hi, guys:

My friend filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently on 8/6/2007. His lawyer just got a rejection letter (not RFE) from INS due to the I-140 filing fee problem: The expected filing fee is $475 and the check in his filed package is $425. It is a $50 different. Does anybody have the similar situation as my friend ? And
how do you guys handle this prolem ? Any suggestion is appreciated.
